Just last week we confirmed that David Wise would be composing the soundtrack for Snake Pass and today we have more news – Snake Pass will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch on March 28th in the Americas and March 29th in Europe.
Snake Pass is an old-school style collectathon platformer in the vein of Banjo Kazooie and Donkey Kong 64. Instead of running and jumping, players slither around and through obstacles to collect all of the loot and beat the challenges.
“Snake Pass is a real passion project for the team. It’s been so fun creating our own characters, visual style and establishing our own voice as IP creators.” said Seb Liese, Creator of Snake Pass. “Our mission with Snake Pass, was to make the simple act of controlling Noodle the Snake as fun as possible. Once players start to “think like a snake”, they will be amazed at the incredible feats of acrobatics they are capable of.”
Snake Pass will be playable in handheld, tabletop, and TV mode and support both the Pro Controller and Joy-Con.
